    This is a jewel of a hotel! Brand new, immaculate and perfectly located. Chose it because of the rate, but were astounded by the elegance, value and kindness of the staff. Worth more than we paid per night!

    The Hotel is in a excellent local for visiting the city at any time of the day or the night. Very clean and luxuous rooms with an excellent view (suite). Great to have internet available! Nice restaurant.The staff was friendly.

    Extremely small "swimming-pool"; breakfast was not included in the price of Booked.net reservation.

    The check-out service took a while. I spent about 20 minutes waiting in line before being able to check out in the morning. Otherwise it was a very nice experience!

    Very nice rooms - comfortable, stylish and clean. Excellent location if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants downtown Montreal.

    The music in the hallways is too much - you can hear it while you're in your hotel room and it's distracting. Also thought the fact that you had to ASK for express check-out is silly ($0 bill slipped under your door on day of check-out) - clearly says to me that the hotel is not built for business travellers.

    The rooms are very nice, contemporary design. Staff is friendly and helpful.There's a restaurant with a great patio downstairs. Location is right in the middle of downtown. Easy access everywhere. Walking distance to Old Montreal.

    There seemed to be no room service. Also somewhat disappointing that the pool was on the second floor instead of the roof. The hotel being right downtown, it would be nice to take advantage of the view.

    Loved the location - Hotel is only a minute walk away from a Metro station, and main streets with city buses, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. The train station for Amtrak is only a couple of Metro stops away and the Gare Centrale Bus Terminal is three Metro stops away. Staff if friendly and helpful. Facilities are great and I enjoyed using the gym and the pool.

    New hotel, very clean, good size room, nice restaurant, big bathroom, nice small pool/hot tub outside on the 4th floor, great location for business and shopping if you have time, did not like the glass wall that seperate the bathroom to the room

    There were a lot of noises in the room that can be fixed...air, refrigerator. I needed to wear earplugs for sleeping.

    Very small swimming pool. I asked fo lan in the room, but there was a mis-funtioning, and they were not able to repair the problem in the 7 days I stayed there (for business!).

    air conditioner/heating unit was extremely noisy everything it came on. Mattress felt uneven, sagging on one side, needed to be turned more often to account for people sleeping on the side closest to the bathroom, pillows too hard
